Simply Giving® is a way for you to make donations to Mt. Olive via electronic transfer.

To enroll in the Simply Giving® program, download, print and complete the Member Authorization Form and Electronic Funds Transfer Service Agreement form. Mail the forms—typed or printed in black ink—to:
